Neuroprocessing (“we”, “our”) operates neuroprocessing.org. This policy explains what data this site collects and how it is used.

What we collect

This version is an information website. Contact, application, and newsletter submission forms are disabled, as are payments and analytics. The site does not provide a patient portal or accept health files.

Browser preferences. An explicit edition choice is stored in your browser as np-lang. This preference does not redirect a direct page visit. You can clear it through your browser’s site-data settings.

Email. A mail link opens your own email application. Sending a message is your action, outside the website. The message and address you choose to send are handled by the relevant email services. Please omit patient information, identity documents, and confidential research files.

Before application or newsletter collection opens, this page must specify the actual service providers, purposes, storage, retention, deletion process, and contact responsible for handling requests.

Embedded content

Where a video is offered, its external player loads only after you choose to play it. External services then apply their own privacy practices. Fonts and brand images are served with this site.

Hosting

The eventual hosting provider may process connection information, such as IP addresses, for delivery and security. The hosting configuration and its data handling must be confirmed before public launch.

Your rights

Use the contact page to discuss access, correction, or deletion of information you have voluntarily sent. This site does not operate a public applicant database or publish private applications.
